Since I am going away for a week on Saturday I decided to go through my fridge and toss out expired and soon to be expired food.
What went: blue broccoli, yellow cottage cheese, soggy nachos, rubbery eggs, yogurt & dressing from March.
What remains: some bread, 9 eggs, carrots, corn, a lime, butter, condiments, dressings, beer... that's it.
What I'm lacking: fresh fruits & veggies, milk, cheese, V8.
Pray for me :-)
